the complimentary shuttle boat was a great perk. it provided convenient access to nearby attractions. i found the breakfast selection very satisfying.. it had plenty of choices. the rooftop aquatherapy pool was a wonderful surprise.
i noticed some delayed replenishment of towels in the bathroom.

this place was like a dream i never wanted to wake from. the cleaning team kept my space super clean everyday. the pool area had plenty of spots to relax, i really loved the spa. anne gave a massage, it was amazing!
Check in felt a little too formal when i arrived. It was a bit too neutral, and not very personal.

the restaurant service was good. the breakfast menu had a lot of options, i could always find something. the restaurant by the river offered seamless service one evening, everything was spot on.

my room had ample space, and the view outside was pristine, this really added to the experience. the room had twin beds, this worked perfectly for me as a solo traveler, i had more room to stretch.

I found the location by the river very convenient. The hotel provides a yacht service to Icon Siam. Several restaurants inside the hotel offer great dining options.
the room cleanliness was inconsistent. Paper was not always replenished and the carpet corners were raised (i tripped once!). When I reported this, there was no proper follow-up.
